This counselling session is designed to support the gentle resetting and restoration of your nervous system, helping you move out of chronic stress, overwhelm, and survival patterns.

 

The focus is on creating safety within the body, improving regulation, and restoring balance between mind and body.

Through guided conversation, nervous system education, and practical regulation tools, we explore how stress, trauma, and life experiences may be affecting your emotional and physical well-being. Rather than reliving past events, the work centres on present-moment awareness, body signals, and sustainable nervous system support.

Somatic-Based Trauma Therapy – 1-Hour Session

This one-hour somatic-based trauma therapy session focuses on healing trauma through the body rather than revisiting traumatic events in detail. Trauma is often stored in the nervous system and body, and this approach gently works with physical sensations, emotional responses, and regulation patterns to support lasting healing.

Sessions are conducted in a safe, supportive space where we build body awareness, restore a sense of safety, and help the nervous system move out of survival responses such as fight, flight, freeze, or shutdown. The work is paced, client-led, and grounded in present-moment experience.

This therapy is suitable for individuals experiencing anxiety, chronic stress, emotional overwhelm, trauma symptoms, or disconnection from the body. The aim is to support integration, resilience, and a deeper sense of stability and self-regulation over time.

Sexology Counselling

​Sexology counselling offers a safe, confidential, and non-judgemental space to explore concerns around sexuality, intimacy, relationships, and sexual wellbeing. Whether you are struggling with desire, performance anxiety, past trauma, communication with your partner, or questions around identity and boundaries, counselling provides support and practical guidance.

The focus is on understanding the emotional, psychological, relational, and physical aspects of sexuality, helping individuals and couples build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Sessions are respectful, compassionate, and tailored to your unique journey, with the aim of restoring connection, confidence, and intimacy.

Shadow Restoration Trauma  Therapy + Full Body Message - 1:45 min

This extended 1 hour 45 minute session offers a deeply restorative combination of shadow-oriented trauma therapy and a full body therapeutic massage. The session is designed to support healing on both an emotional and physical level, recognising that unresolved trauma, suppressed emotions, and chronic stress are often held within the body.

The therapeutic component focuses on gently exploring and integrating unconscious or “shadow” aspects that may be contributing to emotional blocks, self-sabotage, or recurring patterns. This work is approached with care and safety, focusing on awareness, regulation, and self-compassion rather than reliving past experiences.

The session is complemented by a full body massage, allowing the nervous system to settle, muscular tension to release, and the body to integrate the therapeutic work more deeply. This combination supports grounding, emotional regulation, and a sense of wholeness and restoration.​
